You will testing Dolby Access – a Windows Store app allowing PC and Xbox users to immerse in surround sound rendered on headphones.

You might be able to say “I am part of the team who’s delivering Dolby Atmos for Headphones on Windows 10 and Windows 11” or “on a daily basis, my job is to play around with Xbox”

Our team and Dolby world-wide QA community would like to learn from your experience and would be to keen share our tribal QA knowledge with you.

You will help to work test plans, brainstorm, and review with your scrum team test designs and implement them either as automated or manual test scripts, finally to craft test coverage metrics. You may be asked for creating your Continuous Integration environment from scratch as well as perform exploratory tests in dedicated living room laboratory equipped with Dolby Atmos 5.1.4, or by your desk (at home or in our office).

Qualifications and personal skills we are looking for:

  • Positive attitude and willingness to solve challenging problems
  • Experience, knowledge, or interest in the field of audio & multimedia
  • Familiarity with defect raising in dedicated bug tracking systems like JIRA
  • Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Proven track record of 2+ years in Software Quality Assurance 
  • Programming experience in Python (or any other scripting language) would be very welcome
