Summary

As the Specialist, HR (People) Knowledge Management, you will be responsible for strategically managing and tactically executing HR (People) knowledge base management & transfer knowledge for Dolby HR (People) community into the Knowledge Portal. Reporting to the People Operations Manager, EMEA, you will collect, design, implement, and manage various HR (People) knowledge management/transfer activities. We are looking for HR working experience as a strong plus.


The successful candidate will have advanced written and verbal communication skills, an analytical mindset, strong attention to detail including advanced document design abilities, and the ability to quickly ideate and produce consistent and compelling knowledge/support resources.

Responsibilities
> Knowledge Base (70%)

  • Execute on plans for “Tier 0” automation for employee-facing HR (People) content. This includes development and maintenance of internal and employee-facing HR (People) Knowledge.
  • Execute plans for HR (People) knowledge management database, content, tracking, reporting, maintenance, governance, and sharing.
  • Ensure that our internal documentation is structured, kept relevant, up-to-date, complete, easy to parse and easy to find.
  • Develop and continuously maintain HR (People) knowledge content (process, policy, and procedures) in ServiceNow Knowledge Base.
  • Serve as the HR knowledge management point of contact for internal Subject Matter Experts including those in Benefits, Compensation, Employment Law/Labor Relations, HR (People) Operations, Payroll, Recruiting, & Talent Development.
  • Facilitate discussions and scope needs by collaborating with HR (People) Operations to determine information needed to develop knowledge materials that will define a premier employee experience.
  • Identify and share knowledge management best practices.
  • Development and maintenance of all internal support/resources documents created needed for new HR (People) implementations, systems updates, HR (People) projects.
  • Prepare, review and share HR knowledge base analytics.

 

> Polish HR (People) Support (30%)

  • Support certain HR (People) day to day activities for the Polish Office, employee questions, HR (People) policies, programs, and processes.

 

Qualifications

  • Formal education and/or experience in Human Resources and system deployment and/or implementation.
  • ServiceNow knowledge base expertise.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multinational company is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently & within a team environment.
  • Experience designing compelling and professional technical reference/knowledge support documents.
  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience handling and maintaining the confidentiality of highly sensitive employee data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English including the ability to interview Subject Matter Experts to collect data.
  • Exceptional writing and design skills, as well as strong editing skills in English.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating technical concepts and processes using clear, simple language and visuals.
